General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area — please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty, even if part of an integrated firearms package, unless we've guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Transfer of Firearms to an Individual

The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, in conjunction with South Carolina law, permits Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers in South Carolina to transfer firearms to individuals who receive a "delay" from the FBI's NICS Operations Center after three business days have elapsed with no additional response. Shooters Choice of SC, LLC reserves and actively exercises the right to refuse transfer of a firearm to any individual who does not receive a "proceed" from the FBI's NICS Operations Center. If an individual does not receive a "proceed," Shooters Choice of SC, LLC will not transfer the firearm to that individual.

Purchasing Firearms Online

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone who does not hold an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. If you are picking up a firearm locally, you are required to bring a valid state-issued ID as well as the card used to check out online — these two items must match. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s), and we encourage you to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or our in-store inventory, typically within 3–10 business days, using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our flat-rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states — we currently do not ship to states outside the lower 48 or internationally.

Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address do not match. If an order is for a serialized item or firearm, our system will identify it as such and route it to the chosen FFL — please do not list the FFL as the shipping address.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with an adult signature required, and sales on these items are final.

Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm, and check your local laws for any additional regulations. Customers are responsible for following all local, state, and federal laws — please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws.

Secure Transmission

All information collected during checkout is transmitted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A TLS certificate (or SSL certificate) creates an encrypted connection between our website and your browser, ensuring that all data passed between the two remains private and secure.

Online Price & Description Errors

Online inventory changes every day, and occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake, or its description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free, and we reserve the right to refuse any order — including orders for items with errors in the description or price. If we cancel an order, we will not charge the customer's credit card, or we will refund the money.

Returns

Once your firearm is ready for pickup at a valid FFL dealer, inspect it thoroughly to confirm it's what you ordered and free of defects. If there's a problem, do not accept the transfer — we will have the firearm picked up and returned to us from your dealer at our expense, and provide a replacement of your choice. Once you accept a transfer from your FFL dealer, the firearm is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement; Shooters Choice of SC, LLC does not accept returns after a purchase or transfer has been completed.

The following items are final sale and ineligible for return: special orders; products sold as-is or used, or that have been installed or used after receipt; ammunition; NFA items; illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics; and any materials purchased for use in a course at Shooters Choice of SC, LLC.

Used Firearms

Used firearms may not be returned — all sales are final. Descriptions and photos, where available, are provided by the seller.

Conditions of Use

Use of the Shooters Choice website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

Affidavit of Customer

By placing an order, you affirm the following: that you are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, any controlled substance, and that by selling or delivering ammunition to you, Shooters Choice is not violating any state or local law or ordinance. You affirm that you have never been, and are not expected to be, convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, and that you are not under indictment for, and have never been convicted of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.

You further affirm that you are not a fugitive from justice, are not currently subject to a restraining order of any kind, and have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to any mental institution. You affirm that you are not an illegal or unlawful alien, have never been and are not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions, are not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old, and have not renounced your U.S. citizenship.

Indemnification & Agreement to Defend

You fully agree that if any of your representations when making purchases under these Terms of Sale are incorrect, or if you fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, you will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Shooters Choice and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from your purchase.

By placing an order, you release Shooters Choice from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased — including, but not limited to, use, storage, handling, or transportation of the product — and agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Shooters Choice and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products purchased.

Trademarks

Shooters Choice and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Shooters Choice. Use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited in connection with the sale of any product that is not Shooters Choice, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit Shooters Choice, or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.

Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws, and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

Some portions of this website permit usernames and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password, and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.

Privacy Statement

What do we do with your information? When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address, which helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Redemption of Free Product & Coupon Offers

From time to time, Shooters Choice offers special offers and discount codes for use in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently shared via this website and through email to those registered for our email database, and sometimes posted on our home page or announced through other channels — including radio and TV broadcasts, internet forums, and various online websites.

We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but respectfully ask that you not exploit them. Shooters Choice, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria have been met to qualify for a stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website to receive multiple free products with your order, we will, at our sole discretion, remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel it entirely. By visiting Shooters Choice, you agree that the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Shooters Choice.

Shooters Choice reserves the right to modify, alter, delete, and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
