In Store Returns
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase and require a receipt as proof of purchase for the refund to be processed. Any item eligible for a refund will be refunded in the form of store credit or exchange. Cash, check, or credit/debit card refunds are not permitted.
Online Returns
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of product delivery. If an eligible return is made, the customer will incur the cost of return shipping + a 15% restocking fee and forfeit the initial cost of shipping the order. Before shipping anything back to our store, please contact us for Return Authorization details. Shooters Choice will initiate the partial return of funds only after the product is received, inspected, and verified to be an eligible return in re-sellable condition.
Damaged Firearms
If you receive a damaged firearm, please stop and contact us. No return of firearms will be accepted after the firearm is transferred from the dealer to the buyer. Firearms cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged upon inspection at the dealer. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly and refuse to proceed with the paperwork or transfer if you are not satisfied with the condition of the firearm. After the firearm is transferred into your possession, any warranty issue will have to be addressed through the firearm manufacturer.
