Return Policy
Customer service is a priority at Shooters Choice. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
Because of the costs involved with returning products, it's always best to reach out before you place an order or buy a product.
Items Ineligible for Return
Certain categories of items are not eligible for return, without exception. All other returned items must be in their original, undamaged package, unused and not previously installed, with all accessories, documentation, and registration cards included.
In-Store vs. Online Returns
Damaged Firearms
If you receive a damaged firearm, stop and contact us immediately. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly before completing the paperwork or transfer — refuse to proceed if you are not satisfied with its condition.
No return of firearms will be accepted once a firearm has been transferred from the dealer to the buyer. Firearms can only be returned if found to be defective or damaged upon inspection at the dealer, before transfer. After a firearm is transferred into your possession, any warranty issue must be addressed through the firearm manufacturer.
